Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on the face masks you buy from our website.
These are hygienic use on faces and can't be returned or resold.

Face mask shipping policy
Our Australian workforce is working around the clock to ensure all orders are fulfilled as soon as we can. We have people from different regions in Melbourne manufacturing these masks from their home and trying their best to ship it to you as soon as possible.
Our face masks are shipped via Australia Post with no tracking.
Please allow 2 - 5 business days for arrival.

General returns policy
We always strive to do all we can to make sure our customers are happy with our products. Part of providing top customer service is to have an easy to understand return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Shopperoo Aus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If no tracking was provided, it is assumed that the risk of shipping is on the customer and Shopperoo Aus is not liable or won't reimburse the customer in susch scenario.
All of our items are carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped. If, however, your items arrive damaged in transit please email us as soon as possible at with photos of the package and product.
